PS5 Server Character transfer lost character

Hello Funcom Support Team,

I am playing Conan Exiles on PlayStation 5 platform.

My character was on official server 3328.

I performed character cross-server transfer operation.

After I finished exporting the character:

1. My original character has disappeared from official server 3328

2. There is NO character data inside cloud transfer storage buffer.

My character is lost on both sides, cannot find anywhere.

Character Name: 【daomaoanran】

Clan Name(if any):【None】

PSN ID:【daomaoanran】

Funcom ID:【daomaoanran】

Approximate time of incident:【Approximate time of incident: 2026‑10‑16 09:25 UTC】

I have restarted PS5 console and restart game client multiple times, the problem still exists.

I need your team to check my account database and restore my lost character, thralls and inventory items.

I have attached screenshots of my character as evidence.

Please help me restore my character, thank you very much.

Additional Bug information I discovered:
When I tried to perform another character export, the export requirement panel showed my cloud export slot is occupied.
However, I cannot view / find any stored character in my cloud storage list.
It appears to be a phantom broken cloud save that occupies my cloud slot without visible character data.
Please also clear this broken phantom cloud save record and release my character export slot.

Try to re-create any character you have with lvl 1 maybe that would solve it

I have tried creating a brand new level 1 character on another official server to refresh my account status.

Unfortunately, the cloud slot is still occupied and the phantom save bug still exists.

yeah did you try to delete that new character and transfer the one you have in the cloud?
