Last night, my purge meter was well above the first mark on the purge meter. My purge meter was up to the yellow arrow after the first white bar.
I didn’t play during the purge time period, but when I logged on this morning. The purge meter is completely empty. At first, I wondered if I got purged while offline, so I checked the event log:

It’s not a bug if you go offline the purge meter will decrease the value due to inactivity and thus you have to keep playing in order to get the purge so if you log off for a long time it will be empty
What I would have expected is that the purge meter of the player creating the clan would have become the clan’s purge meter. However, now that I think about that, it could be exploited to create a clan that is about to be purged, give clan ownership to someone else, then leave the clan allowing others to get a purge without any effort.
A better model though would be to add the purge meters of the players together to compute the clan purge meter, then if a player leaves, just substract their potion from the clan purge meter.
