Hello im lokking for a good spot for the purges in volcano for afk kill (lava) if someone can help please.
The main problem is many spot in the lava not working for launch a purge. But somes yes

I’m simply looking for someone who could show me a video or a photo of a spot in the lava where a purge can be initiated.
This is the link to a thread where someone was complaining about other players building to obstruct their previously working volcano purge base - they included a link to some sort of screenshot that shows the area they built in - you might be able to get some info out of that.
I understand what you are looking for. It’s exactly what everyone who calls a purge in the Volcano wants, an auto win purge with almost zero effort.
I’m just asking for the same for the entire game.

You don’t really need this tbh and @Pugilist is correct. Purges are no threat unless golems or star caller is involved. The npc waves stuck on the cauldron users trying to figure out how to attack your thralls that use the cauldron while having hot oil showers 
. The secret for getting the recipes easier is lvl 5 purges like @LostBrythunian suggested long ago. After you get the burning cauldron recipe, the purge becomes a joke. In order to get good crafters you need purges over lvl 8 . It takes a small risk indeed but what you really loose in the end is nothing unbearable.
I do understand why you wish the afk safety, official servers crash a lot. But playing generally on official servers this problem goes to literally everything, ain’t it 
.
Pretty important notes!
If you cannot melee, use archery and Golems go down easily with star metal arrows and any star metal weapon.
Don’t use followers.
Use gas arrows on npcs .

There are a strange bug. if you put many cubes close to your base the ennemis give up the purges . If you farm many keys in the low level purges you can use them in the stronger purges for save the slaves. In the video it a level 10 purge ended in 1 minute

The bug here is that purges never define correct why they don’t work. In your case purge should not ever start because you have no clear path to the treasury chest. If you accepted purges in this base that was the mistake all along. Npcs cannot jump , neither climb. They need stairs to go up and the only allowed blockage should be door or gate. Fence is a blockage that doesn’t allow the correct flow of purges , so either they never start, either they quit very fast.
A purge won is only successful if you win the commander. Commander fight should be difficult and he never comes alone, he always have plenty minions with different weapons to counter yours. Pain for gain is correct and purges provide this better than anything else in this game.
Now the pilot that i mentioned…
As you see in the photos i tried to make them walk in the natural terrain. The reason i do this is because the performance of the server drops a lot, so purges may stop because npcs are trapped in the foundations.
The reason of the small maze is no other than to use your climbing and jumping advantage against npc . Until the little rat goes to your door your already wait for it there to teach him a lesson .

A purge level 10 take between 10 - 20 minute . A low level purge more fast and easy . So if i farm the keys in low level i can use it in m’y lvl 10 laggy purge for farm the slaves almost all is t4 slaves.
And it not a youtube video i use streamable for share my vidéos ( online vidéo share site)

Not only you take an easy (exploit) path, you want to make it even more lame, by farming keys on low lvl and don’t even try to finish higher tier purge, just run to cages…
It may be cunning, but where is the satisfaction to beat computer in “fair” way? (not to mention “glory and honor”)
But hey, since you favor result over way to achieve it, here is another tip - after starting the purge you can switch it off (after a moment) by removing all gold from the coffer. May this make your conquests even more fruitful… and less satisfying.

If this one recalls, they had patched out the hot cheese method of purging some time ago to limit the capacity to just summon a purge in the magma and sit and watch all of the stygians cook.
While it was funny it did stagger plausibility even more than the game usually does.
But yes, in general the cauldron path system works well enough for a largely hands off process. It doesn’t entirely AFK but as long as you have tar which is very low low bar for entry, you can pretty much just keep everything down until you get to meteors or golems. The only thing you have to be certain to do is bait the hand of war into actually walking into the tar pile

No . the purge work fine in the lava . It just m’y base is laggy . And the ennemis are very stupide if you stay close to your base and fire with a bow they stay in the lava
