BTW, it IS possible for an admin to manually trigger a purge for a clan, but you’ll need a little bit of info first to do this.
First, visit one of their bases, look at a building, and in the console type the command:
BuildingIdentify
You’ll see some info appear on screen, but what you want to note is the number for “Owner”.
With that, you can then use the following command to trigger a purge for them:
PurgeClan <Owner#>
Example:
PurgeClan 527
Additionally, if a clan has a purge that is showing in the Server Console or server log, but hasn’t announced on-screen yet, you can issue that command and it will cancel whatever purge they were going to get and attempt to “re-roll” a new one for them. When it does, the server will randomly select which of their bases to attack, and what purge they should get for whatever area it picked. If for some reason they want a specific base to get purged, you can just keep re-issuing that command until it targets the desired base (as denoted by the XYZ coordinates).
Finally, you can even specify what purge will attack in the same line you trigger a purge!
Start by looking thru the Purge Types on the wiki:
https://conanexiles.gamepedia.com/Category:Purge_Types
Once you’ve found the one you want, click on it and scroll to the bottom of the article. The information you’ll want is under Admin Commands, and I’ve highlighted it in blue here:
Now when you want to purge a clan, you can use the command like so:
PurgeClan <Owner#> [PurgeType]
Example:
PurgeClan 527 Votaries_Purge_Wave1
The nice thing about this is you can spawn purges outside their native area (e.g. Frost Giants in the Jungle), or purges with difficulty 1-4 on a server set to difficulty 6 (e.g. Votaries of Skelos).
