But you can put steam in offline mode, and still play Conan in single player, Steam needs to be there, but it doesn’t need to be connected.

That is strange, I’ve never had that happen. whenever I’m unable to connect I play SP offline.
Mostly if I’m away from home, but that’s not often anymore.

Don’t play via PC, (I have a 13+ year old laptop I use for firefox, Mostly use ps4 browser)
Last time I checked, Steam didnt have a “offline” which is why I never bothered with Skyrim and several other games as years went on for PC. Game PC (at the time) just didnt want it connected… hopfully more games use it.
The little drop down box upper left corner, second choice from the top, is Offline
Skyrim absoulity plays in offline mode.
