I was curious what specific spell you find yourselves using the most? For me it has to be summoning the Bat Demon. I use it to get around my chosen stomping grounds and to move quickly when I’m carrying too much raw materials while building to get back to my base. Yes I’ve fallen to my death more times than I care to admit but I just think the spell is too helpful to ignore.

our wizard more or less ended up summoning the storm occasionally, the rest is useless
I often extract souls from unconscious captives to farm a rebirth potion.
Everything else is practically unnecessary.
Slow fall! I hate sliding from high places so I use it quite often. Getting resources as well - Stone and Wood. It’s so dull to chop trees on lvl 60 and making a big BOOM is funny 
Illusions and the thrall respec elixir. Thats pretty much it.
The illuminating wisp maybe, when I am getting into the darkest caves or dungeons.
Even so, the light radius of the wisp is so small compared to a torch and I can’t see what’s in my face at times.
Spells the most used:
Slow Fall when I explore.
Lightning Storm when I combat a purge, an event, or a Rotbranch.
Other sorcery perks always used:
Summon Corpse (circle of power) when I die.
Illusion (thaumaturgy bench) on all my thralls and myself.
So far i was harvesting crystal with sorcery, until the nerf of course.
My “necessary” spell is to hide my purple aged corruption from my Bellas body.
I use a lot the circle of power for making the Abyssal gear and from times to times to summon my corpse. Many times i remove bracelet for multiple reasons, but mostly because of bugs.
Like @Teng i use potions of rebirth.
I really love how much @Kilix is using sorcery to his gameplay and i would really love to create a session only sorcerer. I am working on it.
Harvest conserves durability of the pick.
I don’t have souls for leather pouch, but…
I was being raided often, down to half my hp for sorcery.
There is more, but I agree the bat is helpful once the rider figures out the stamina cost in flight.
What’s that “One” spell? Ice Bridge. I find myself using it the most often. More than one? It’d be Ice Bridge, Thunderstorm, and although not an actual spell per se, I also summon demons (Full corrupted Authority).
