Hello! My org mates and I have encountered this problem, and I have found a solution for it. The problem: can’t log in a froob account using the client, the website says it is frozen, tho nő payment history is shown. Go to the old website register.funcom.com, log in and reactivate the free account for free. You have to do this every month, because the froob account will have an expiration date. Hope it helps!
