Random thralls don't follow when teleporting (admin cheat) - Video

Bug Description:

1. I track a follower to see them on the map.
2. I use an admin cheat to teleport to random areas of the map.
3. Thrall stays in last position, still set to, ‘follow.’

Expected Behavior:
Thrall to follow.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Track a follower to see them on the map.
2. Use admin cheat to teleport to random areas of the map.
3. Thrall stays in last position, still set to, ‘follow.’
   Lather, rinse, repeat but, randomly.
