Bug Description:
Garrisons Blacksmith Bench is not displaying any items of lower quality than hardened steel. No iron weapons including dlc, no steel weapons etc
Expected Behavior:
For the highest tier blacksmiths bench to have all the basic weapons and tools displayed.
Steps to Reproduce:
Place the garrisons blacksmiths bench, find out that it doesn’t have all the recipes available as the two tiers below it.
