Retreating enemies/out of combat, plus some other suggestions

Please adjust the enemies out of combat healing to slowly scale up and take a bit longer to actually begin as this ruins hit and run strategies and more specifically when they get all weird and glitchy they run away back to their original location and heal way to fast, also please fix the deer and foal horses when they run away I feel like I am doing 3D space invader constantly.

This would be a great QoL change to the game.

Also last note please adjust the game to have enemies move around more frequently it always seems way to static
