I personally had it happen on testlive. I had seen others in global complain about it in testlive and when I went to report it on the forums there were already threads about it so I just added to them instead of making my own. So I have seen it happen, but as I said, I haven’t seen it since then so that aspect of the yellow lotus bug may have in fact been fixed. That is also the ONLY time I have had an issue with the yellow lotus potion. Granted, I almost never use them, not because I am worried but because I just don’t worry about swapping out my feats / attributes. I just deal with what I have.

I think it’s a problem with some servers?
Reminds me of the time I was a Ubisoft forum moderator (I think I still am actually? Lol). Everyone thought I had all this inside information. I didn’t. I only could lay down a ban hammer, close, move, or pin topics, or relay information between CMs and players. It was kinda disappointing for a lot of people to realize that fact. lol.

I lost most of the nonstandard feats once when doing the yellow lotus and after that I got no data to share be a use o refused to use it again.
What I am confused about is Funcom contracts out their public servers to G-Portal so that excuses their responsibility for server related issues with their customers? Sorry absolutely not. While I can sympathize over it, the responsibility is still with FC and if G-Portal is providing a crappy service with their servers it’s time to shop around. It’s really that simple. Contracts are easily nullified of the provider if the service provided less than agreed services so contract cannot be used as an excuse unless it’s written in there that FC expects server crashes while players are playing the game. Also many laws dictate service contracts go to month by month after the initial term is done.

Have you played on a private server run on anything other than G-Portal? Just curious if you have and if so if you have honestly never crashed on them, because servers do crash, even non G-Portal ones. Yes, I get that the G-Portal servers are crap, I am not disputing that, but servers do crash and so yes one would expect crashes to happen, at least anyone with reasonable expectations of how servers run. I am again not defending G-Portal or claiming they are not garbage, just trying to point out that some level of crashing absolutely would be expected and especially with a game of this nature.

I can verify that. Went live that way. Haven’t wanted to take the chance on it to see if it was fixed. But you have to be referring to a different bug with the yellow lotus potion Taemien.

I’m not.
Sorcery Spells are granted by feats. Same as any other ‘found’ feat. All found feats are not supposed to reset when using a Lotus.
It is, but this is one of the things that was tested there.
I have, on a few occasions made some very educated guesses that were correct. I asked about one in a private discord I am in and was in their polite way asked not to mention it.
