Saving impossible on PS4

I’ve recently bought the game, physical copy. As soon as I’ve finished main story and went into Seed of Evil, saving the game always fails. Either manual or autosave. They all fail (CE-30028-3).

I’ve seen quite a lot people writing abut this Mutant Year Zero issue on the internet, but could not find any working solution.

Ps4 pro, default configuration, hdd is empty.

Is this a known issue for the dev team? Will it get patched? Are there any possible local solutions? The game is currently unplayable.
