I am working on setting up events for a new server. Was thinking of doing a scavenger hunt. Would anyone be willing to share theirs with me? Trying to get things up quickly. Thank you.
Hey! That’s a good idea, I used to love participating/setting up the scavenger hunts on our old server.
In a nutshell:
Set up 10 or so platforms (six wedge foundations) with a small statue, a torch, a wooden sign (with a random name on it to identify which platform the player is at), and an unlocked chest with 500 Gold Bars or 50 Bronze coins or whatever the main currency is on your server.
You take a screenshot of each platform/named wooden sign without revealing tooo much about the location of each platform and then post the screenshots to discord for the players to get an idea of where they might be looking.
Basically the first person to each platform will get the prize from the chest but to get the main prize the player will need to go around and take a screenshot in front of all ten platforms/signs and then upload them together on our discord server.
Usually we could contain it to one biome but depending on what the main prize is you could expand the radius/distance to make it more difficult
