Server 1941 why do my corpses disappear before i can return

***The Server constantly deletes (flags my bodies and some buildings for decay.!!!) I play DAILY. I play too much! I am not one to complain but DAMN at least every 4th time i die the body decays and is gone before I can run back to it!!! It has happened more times than I can count. I can remake the equipment and stuff but damn i am feeling really dis-heartened at moment. Tonight I died in the relic hunter city by a thug. My corpse had two Cimmerian (sp?) battleaxes (one a whatever it is called better than normal) religious armor i just sweated thru making. A Dragons head that i was all excited about making into a trophy, a steel shield. Mithra only knows what else. If it happened once oh well! this has got to be the 4th time easy it has happened. I once lost a legendary weapon, actually two i think. not a big deal for 60+ but I am earning as i go. I have had pets disappear with a couple thousand iron etc… I have placed at least 4 pet cage taming things that have poofed. I had an entire vault full poof today! I play daily so not an issue of not logging in to refresh!!!

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. log onto the game under my account
  2. accomplish something that excites me
  3. get stupid and die
  4. respawn grab a weapon run back to body get half way there and then POOF body and marker GONE!!!
  5. log out at 4am
  6. Log back in about 8 hours later and look around to see what has gone poof in 8 hours, today was a vault week or so ago was a 2nd tier animal pen.
  7. Hope my base is there when i log back in tomorrow.
  8. Honest to god that is the steps i take to recreate the issue!!!

i was/am seriously considering purchasing all the DLC for the game but Damn idk if I will if I can never get a body back after a death. Seems like if there is nothing on a body that matters it is there if there is anything that does matter NO CHANCE

It’s a really old bug unfortunately, back when the game was EA in 2017. In my opinion hold off on the DLCs, this bug is rare in some cases but it can occur really often at times, there is no fix or work around at the moment, you just gotta hope your body reappears at the location you died.
