Since when did purple cache bags start having the chance to drop extraordinary talisman?

I came back from a hiatus and was pleasantly surprised to find that when a purple cache dropped from a mob, I would loot and it would be an extraordinary talisman instead of a cache. I don’t remember this happening before patch 2.1.2, but I don’t see anything about the update in more recent patch notes.

Am I just remembering incorrectly or are the extraordinary drops a recent thing?

Whoops, sorry, I answered my own question, the talismans are only waist talismans and started in patch 2.1.4. Uh, thanks anyway!
