I did some more testing with lances. This is a super tryhard example.

Target: 50 Vitality, 626 HP, 85% damage reduction (Heavy Armor)

Attacker: Epic Lance with Oil of Agony, 50 Str, Goblinoid Buff (Medium Helmet from Siptah) + Berserkers Draught

After a direct hit from the lance (without horse trample) the target was left with 72 HP.

Not a oneshot, but ABNORMAL damage.
