Solution for slowness on PS5…buy a PS5 Pro 🤪

Sounds nice? Or, that was a blatant answer.

Even if you consider a 1.5k pc a decent gaming pc (it’s not…) it’s still 3x the price of a PS5. The euro is also above the dollar.
Trust me, a console for gaming is a good investment. Generally games don’t give you any trouble, there are few to no hackers, bugs are rarer, etc. Conan is an exception on the PS5 catalogue. Most games run very well.

You’re talking off the shelf prebuilt, you can build as good a gaming PC yourself for half that.

Still more then a PS5 and more then some assembly required

Looks like you had to have the ps5 pro for RTX. Ray-tracing in O(1) steps… something to look for and hope for deeper implementation, like several bounces instead of just O(1) shallowness.

Build your own PC. You get twice as much PC for half the price. All it costs is a little reading and planning, and doing.

Best money you can spend as far as gaming goes.

Yeah, since you can’t build your own ps5 I was comparing it to a prebuilt PC. You most certainly can do it yourself with much better results for less.

I think you have a warped sense of what a “decent gaming pc” is.

Uh, yeah. That is why I said it would cost less in euros. :woman_facepalming:

See, right there. :point_up_2:

This is the second thread you have pointed out something that I have already said. I truly do wonder if you actually read everything.

Yeah, I never thought doing it in other way if I go back to pc gaming. But I’ll have someone else doing it for me who knows this stuff better. I have a guy, as they say.

 Maybe. When it comes to technology I am an easy spender.

Indeed. I wasn’t disagreeing.

Sometimes I wonder that myself.
Often I glance and my reply is not always a counter argument. Sometimes I just comment whatever was written. I may be agreeing and adding something or just making a point based on it. When I am in a hurry, often what you get is kind of a messy reply. Sorry about that.

No problem Marcos, at least now I understand a bit better why you have been doing it.

I already answered a few times when I was trying to workout, @Oduda . It goes without saying that sometimes what comes out “sounds” really strange, even to me when I read it later!
