I have no longer access to my old original email, it is already lossed ( I forgot the info I used to register this email back on 2009, was hotmail). On the good side I saved my accounts login in game info and details of all the characters , but on the bad side the password used to log in to the funcom website no longer grants me access, I saved previous passwords , but all does not work to log in to unfreeze my accs.
If theres a very kind support like Andy can help me to unfreeze my accs , I will be very appreciated , I want to play again the game, someone please can help me tag Andy?
