I’ve made a payment 3 days ago, I got the hoard box and on my funcom account shows payment approved. But I have a failed payment as well, so even though my payment was done 3 days ago I’m still not premium and I can’t unlock all my toons. I can’t use AA time, 50-100% bonus on tokens…and so on. I’ve sent email to support and nobody got back to me. I’m very disappointed in funcom. It’s sad to realize that we pay every month subscriptions and nobody cares when we have an issue (not even an issue, I’m sure it can be solved it few minutes)
