Yeah my entire clan is looking into bank chargebacks at the moment also. Seems the only choice we have. I’ve never experienced a company with such little regard for their paying customers
As if they don’t exist.
Or as, if we players don’t exist for them.

Patch came, I took my pre - AOW save backup for server. Booted server up… aaaand same issue. All stuff on Nemedian Foundations turned into loot bags. I guess now either accept the loss of days upon days of collecting resources, t4 thralls and decorating or keep waiting for unknown ammount of time till another patch and hope it gets fixed. I guess I will wait… ![]()
yes, we wait too. And we hope the patch who fix comes fast.
I will not login until this is patched. I have no other option as to wait. If they do not fix the foundation mess soon, my fiance and a couple off friends will quit Conan for good. And I will go with them.
I am speechless that Funcom gets away with stuff like that all the time and that there are still enough people left that defend their bs no matter what.
That approach is a bit of a catch-22; if you do not log in, your stuff will decay, if you do, it will be lost due to a programming oversight.
It is very unfortunate that those who chose to pay for some DLC, and use it as intended, to be in such an untenable situation.
Our stuff won´t decay, but I pay for a server we can´t use and that is bad enough for me to feel discomfort and anger.
They had time enough to fix the foundations or at least revert them back until they have a fix ready to go for the public. They are so entitled that they do not even feel the need to wholeheartedly apologize to people and revert back. They just sitting it out like they allways do and expect people to get over it.
Not likely, funcom never returns lost items or do any large scale rollbacks so the stuff is gone most likely.
I am quite sure they never return items, but many of us have backup saves from pre - AoW, all we need is them to fix nemedian foundations or what causing stuff to dissapear on them.
I do not know how the Battle Pass and Bazaar are linked to the rest of the game on the back end.
Perhaps this is the reason they are unable to do a rollback.
Rollback, does seem like the best option for the affected Playerbase, although as the days add up, this will have more of a negative effect on those that have continued to play the game.
A rollback is increasingly unlikely as time goes on.
This is one of the biggest shitshows I can recall for this game.
So here an update of the last benches /boxes/beds i had left in my base on nemedian foundations.
i logged in and checked with hammer the decay. all those placeables showed a decay timer of 30~ hours, while the base is full at 239~ hours.
While placing boxes above on some ceiling pieces more stuff disappeared.
different decay timers:
log from the last days where i did not login:
log after added boxes today:
nothing left anymore now on foundations.
Sorry, but I didn’t see any mention of fixing Nemedian foundations in the last fix’s patch notes. Have they been corrected, or has Funcom left everything as it was?

We understand that those affected have lost time and resources invested into their experiences, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration caused by this issue.
Beginning July 6th through July 20th, we are enabling the following:
- Challenge XP multiplier boosted by x5
- Challenge daily reset increased to 20
- Resource spawn rates doubled on all Official Servers
- Resource harvest rates tripled on PvE Official Servers

I dont think this is good enough at all. it does not return the t4purge thrall we lost any of the weapons and kits we lost. honestly just simply not good enough
At this point they can never reroll
I think its okay, but maybe they should give a gift from the Bazaar to all Nemedian owners to make it sincere
i agree! i mean i lost everything from the last battle pass also things you can not get back. for some who is a treasure collector its a huge deal!
I lost 2 fridges with at least 30 Greater animals and the other with babies. All That Work. And that doesn’t even cover all the resources. Fortunately my unplaced thralls were at a Stormglass base. And I waited for the patch before I checked. SMH
I run 3 servers (Exiles, Siptah and Savage Wilds) and that’s just on Siptah. The other players must be devastated.
Oh Well It’s Just A Game.
So they’re rewarding players who didn’t buy the DLC and ignoring while punishing the players who did buy the DLC and supported this company. Instead of doing a roll back like 99% of devs would do and have done. This really is incredible. May even escalate this to fair trading in my country
i honestly thought the same thing, im not sure if we have a leg to stand on tho tbh it seems there EULA is very well written to protect them from reclaiming items that we have purchased it states that anything we buy is not ours and can be taken of us at anytime, we agreed to this terms of service upon purchase, so they have legally protected themselves to be able to steal our items we purchase (because even tho we bought them) we dont own them, funcom is a scam!
I did a rollback of my private server YESTERDAY, when a hotfix patch was out.
On the server, everything is functioning correctly (that I can see anyway).
Pre-Hotfix, all thralls would disappear; they’re sticking around now.
Did/Haven’t used Nemedian pieces, so can’t comment on the stability thing there.
Gentlemen, taking the piss out of customers is not good, now you are exaggerating.
The losses have reached unspeakable proportions, we are talking about veteran players x5 xp what is the point?
You are irresponsible and incompetent
Fighting against your ignorance is impossible, the only weapon left is to engage your servers as much as possible by boycotting all forms of bazaar purchases.
When, in addition to Canada and China, the axe of redundancies begins to fall on Norway as well, we will have had our just satisfaction.
