Olá a todos, a uns 15 dias decidi voltar a jogar conan exiles, porque o game é o melhor na categoria de pvp medieval, porém descobri que minha conta foi banida, mesmo eu não estando jogando nos ultimos 2 anos, tudo bem, chamei a staff e me respodem com mensagem automatica para olhar as regras da FUNCOM, ok! lá nas regras diz que o “claime indevido” ao qual é o banimento que eu recebi é de até 7 dias, porém já tem mais de 10 dias e minha conta permanece banida!, quero apenas uma justificativa, sim eu sei que o game está cheio de hacker e a staff não está conseguindo combater eles, mas me baniram sem eu nem ter cometido nada de errado, provavelmente quem claimou indevidamente era o pessoal que estava no cla quando eu parei de jogar.

Okay, I contacted the staff and they responded with an automated message to look at the FUNCOM rules, okay! The rules state that the “undue claim,” which is what resulted in the ban I received, is for up to 7 days, but it’s been more than 10 days and my account remains banned! I just want an explanation. Yes, I know the game is full of hackers and the staff isn’t able to combat them, but they banned me without me having done anything wrong. Probably the people who made the undue claim were the ones who were in the clan when I stopped playing.
