Status effects on mounted combat

use weapons with bleed on hit or poison on hit feature.
This way you will be able to give dot while mounted.
Basically new god spear and Festering One axe if you play on EL.
Ton of effect on hit weapons on Siptah tho.

Their “rework” didn’t fix main issue. People just gonna use different weapons. :
