I’ve literally been trying for a month to find out why I’m banned from all officials. I haven’t played in over 6 months so there’s no reason why I should be banned. Funcom gives dumb auto email responses but no actual answers. And I still can’t play. Amazing.
It may be clan related. Just a guess.
