Why are you ban my post if i only told the true? Are two month that i can t play. What i have to do?

Took 2 months for Zendesk to fix my account. It was supposed to be only suspended for 2 week. FUNCOM hide and removed my post on the forums as well when I asked for help. Good Luck.
