I have a complete roof and no window frames in this area, but still showing wetness indoors near walls. Here you can see very clear where the wetness stops on the desk.

Or condensation . I see no heat source , hmmmm maybe they could be an in-game mechanic to combat condensation from unsealed block and joints in wood. You need a heat source to keep things dry in corners and such.

I’d be both impressed and annoyed if the game was that realistic.
