The damage nerf to all these craftable weapons like the Dragonbone Spear and Black Ice Broadsword must not happen. These items are perfectly balanced as-is for PVE and PVP. Also, the nerfs to Telith’s Sorrow and Yog’s Touch take away what makes those items so unique. Please do not implement this.
All these items (in addition to the Ancient Lemurian Spear and probably some others I didn’t notice) are part of what makes chasing down the recipes and resources of Conan fun. Nerfing them to be as generic and uninteresting as all the other weapons in the game KILLS my drive to explore the map and collect rare resources. Why do that to your playerbase? It just makes going to places like the Black Keep, Temple of Frost, and Dagon dungeons superfluous. Why go to these out of the way places when you can find stuff just as good in the legendary chest on Noob River?
EVEN WORSE, is the fact that items on thralls now lose durability. One of the best parts of Conan was not having to micro-manage stuff on your thralls. If I have 20 fighter/archer/dancer/bearer thralls, I do not want to have to be constantly checking them for durability loss and repairing their gear. That is a massive headache and kills all the fun. I can’t stand this idea.
So please. Kill patch 2.2. Start over, and rethink just about all the stat changes to weapons and this idea about thrall items losing durability. It’s garbage. All of it.
