I started “the battle of tortage” and i cleared the north street and talked with nadini. I then went to liberate harbor market and killed the mini-boss there but the quest didn’t update and i killed everyone even sabuka - not sure what name was- and strom but no update of quest. I can’t teleport away or delete quest. solved
I think after some time the enemies will respawn in the night version of Tortage so you will be able to kill them again but that migh take ~20 minutes and you need to be outside of said instance.
i got disconnected from server and enemies were spawned back. but before i tried logging off and on but didn’t work.
