Stuck on loading screen after character selection

Hi, I’m stuck on the first loading screen after choosing my character.
some people have posted about the same problem some years ago but they didn’t say if there is a solution.

Did it happened to anyone recently and do you have the solution to my problem?

I tried to unnistall the game and install it again (full client) but nothing changed.

I asked via the support ([Funcom Support #1157830]) but since it seems that they take a long time to answer I try here.

If I remember right, I think this issue is caused by corrupted config files.

Press the windows key + R to get the “run” dialog and enter “%localappdata%\Funcom” - this should open an explorer window and there should be a folder called “SWL”, delete that folder then try launching the game again :v:

I deleted the “SWL” folder and it worked.
