Sub Cancelled Early by Funcom

So I was going to re-sub to continue my timed AAs. I logged in to find Funcom prematurely cancelled my sub before it expired. Submitted a ticket but I dont expect to hear anything. Guess I will file a complaint with Visa/Master Card for breach of terms.
