I’m very sorry to say this, but you are not the first with this problem and probably not the last, many have had the problem with money being drawn from their bank but no sub time being added.
And since you are no longer a paying costumer your support ticket will be in the end off the bin.

They would probably have fewer tickets to respond to if the close ticket button actually functioned. Currently it just redirects you to create a new ticket
I had a similar issue a few weeks ago where my credit card that expired in Jan 2020, I changed it to new card with same everything except new expiration date of Jan 2025. My payment then subsequently failed and account went to free to play as a result. I put in a ticket on a Sunday and it was fixed by the following Thursday, so about 4 days.
