Hi,
There was an unsuccessful payment transaction. Then followed by a successful one.
(confirmed by a bank SMS notification as well)
Payment history shows an Approved status, but the account remained in F2P status.
The payment was hours ago.

I am in the same exact problem.
1st one failed.
Second two worked fine.
Account is frozen due to the failed payment.
I attempt to update the payment method and NOTHING works, regardles of method (i.e. Paypal, Card)
Please help

Issue was resolved on its own (2021-04-16), reply sent
