Hello everyone. Just logged and discovered I cannot access Oficial servers due a suspension for “using builds to block game content”…Problem is, my home is located on the forest near the beach, in a area where building is possible(of course), far from any vault or something like that. So I cannot block spawn points or vault entrances. Could someone tell me where I can chat directly with the staff, and if someone had the same problem, please?

Please follow the stated in the Official servers guidelines to submit a ticket:
Information on suspensions and bans While suspensions are not open to appeal we do offer the option of appealing a permanent ban. We understand some might not always be aware of the actions taken by clanmates.
If you are unaware of the reason for a suspension or ban, please make sure you check in-game first by accessing any of our official servers. You will be prompted with the reasoning for suspension/ban and the duration.
As mentioned previously, please note that only bans are eligible for an appeal and not suspensions. If you would like to appeal, please feel free to do this through Zendesk 3.9k
