Take a bath to clean battle blood

Since the bug that makes blood persist a long time on characters after battle, I thought why not make that a feature.

Players would have to enter body of water to wash away battle blood.
Make a bath basin placeable to craft on the artisan table to take baths at your base.
Just make thralls clean after sometime, nobody would want their thralls wallking around like its the walking dead.

Would there be small medium and large? (With the large ones being able to hold multiple thralls to scrub down your character when you’re using it?)

next dlc is gonna have a bath house so there a possibility of that. im super excited to see their version
