I also experience this issue now. But only since 2.3 patch… Before I never had such issues, well except that 2 outposts decayed, even when I was visiting (2times a week).
And one time, the whole server just freezed for 30-50 seconds. Normaly I only saw that on DCs from my side, but suddenly everything loaded and I was nearly killed by a random NPC in my base.
I mostly now need to start the game a 2nd time, then it can connect to the server. I let it yesterday 20minutes in the loading/connecting screen.
NOTHING happened. No error, no progressbar movement… Just nothing. Have to exit the application and start it again.
Has anyone been successful on actually getting into one of the servers with the issue?
Still sounds like a handful of people don’t have login problems… unless there trolling
I have been having some success logging into 3827 this week.
I haven’t checked any of the other PVE-C servers for a few days.
Yes I can get Into 3829 it was not working as of the update somehow it is as of yesterday morning
I too can confirm that 3829 is up and running… but my main server 3828 is not.
Same here, same server… playing over a year now… hope decay is still off.
No lol I spawned in my base , that’s pretty crazy though

Yep, decay timers are still off for now. We’re looking into some of the affected servers (interestingly, not all servers appear to be affected). My layman’s understanding of the issue is that it stems from invalid network traffic (I’m a community manager, not an engineer), but hopefully we can get a proper fix ASAP.

Thank you for letting us know that a cause had been identified, I haven’t been able to play for 6 months now, if I do manage to make it past the loading screen I get disconnected within minutes regardless of what PvP server I try to play on, it’s been extremely frustrating so it is nice to know there might be a solution on the horizon
On a ps5 I have no problem loading the screen I can spend 12 hours in pvp that does not go away.
