Oh, right, it makes sense not to store health, but calculate it from vitality. Duh. Thanks for pointing that out
Lets hope that.
And postponing the update for 1 week, would still be no problem. Would still be in December and in 2019…
After further investigation I think something went off the rails with HP for Bearers. All T3 Bearers have 3494 total HP, The T4 Named Bearers have 2368 HP.
These were all spawned via the admin panel on the live version of the game. The HP quoted are before any leveling has occurred. Fresh from the box so to speak.
I have not looked into T3 Fighters or Archers to see if they have Higher HP then their T4 Counterparts.
Here are only a few I had that I could compare for you:
Thralls just placed except (old)
Type Health Attribute/bonus
t3 Dancer 998 3/518 vit bonus
t4 Dancer 2442 Named Bohdan 15/1,782 vit bonus
t3 Nordh Archer 2934 7/1,134 vit bonus
t4 Archer 2856 named Varpnir 10/755 vit bonus
t4 RHTS Archer 3894 10/594 vit bonus
t3 Kushi te Fighter 3000 (old)
t4 RHTS Fighter 5841 10/890 vit bonus
t4 RHTS Fighter 5484 (old)
If you need the other stats I’ll post those upon request.
I appologize for the formatting. had it all formated nice and neat but when I hit enter they did not stick. Copy paste did not do the trick either. I’ll attach an image if that helps.
Speaking only for myself. I had no trouble reading your post.
Thanks for posting the comparison.
And what happened to Cimmerian Berserker? At least my old ones have 2500 hp…
Question: Is melee fighting only dependent on strength or is agility also important?
So the volcano/votaries have more strength, but the relic hunters aside from accuracy have high agility, so maybe this is important for spears?
They went to 5830 when freshly captured.
I’m pretty sure agility is tied to natural armor.
I spent Wednesday at all the bases, writing down what thralls were where and what their HP was prior to the update.
Several thralls weren’t cut too badly - Kisthis, Erii, Captains, Relic Hunter TS. They were all still around 5000.
Berserkers, Prisoners, and Dalinsia dropped by half. The other named thralls ranged from 2000 to 3300.
But, as @Wak4863 noted, the named Bearers are ridiculously off. They dropped from 9900 to less than 1000, and the fresh ones are 1000 less than a L III.
A L III Nordheimer Bearer with an iron mace and no clothes managed to kill an elk in 2 hits, but my named bearer with Epic Flawless Hyperborean armor that adds strength, took 6 hits to kill a mid-sized yellow scorpion, and she was using a Sword of Crom. There seems to be a slight bit of inconsistency here.
No respect! No respect!
Well that kinda destroys the theory that there can only be 1 hp model for a thrall.
@Mikey
My old berserkers have 2580 and new ones 5k…
Or do they have 2-3k health boost from lvl0 attributes?
This I believe but I could certainly be wrong!
I will check. Brb with a screenshot
I believe the way it works is 0 vit will give you the true base HP of thrall. After that, it adds a x amount per vit point. Last i checked it looked like 118.8 per. I know from the few live thralls i have placed, agility is 10 armor per point.
Mikey,
What produced that freak is actually the Perk “Hallowed”. That perk gave it 15 points alone to Vitality. Plus the 80% growth chance in vitality as well. I look at this as RNG from a legendary chest. You just don’t know what you will get in the end, till it’s done.
Oh absolutely. And I am well aware that under regular official settings, you won’t see many of those thralls - so IMO it’s fine really.
Yeah…my notes from checking thralls on testlive the other day looks like 108.33 per vitality point (not 118.8 as i earlier posted.). Will verify when i get home as i have a few different thralls already placed.
