Thrall missing after return home

Basic Info:

Platform: PlayStation 4
Issue Type: Gameplay
Game Mode: Online Official
Server Type: PvE
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: 3500

Bug Description:

Thrall disappeared, I checked last guard place, shows thrall is in location on tracking in map but not appearing at guard location. Shows in thrall list as “Guarding”

Bug Reproduction:

Died and logged off while thrall returning home. 2nd thrall did not disappear.

After checking some other posts I found him at ground level inside a foundation. Was only searching for about a week before I made the post.

Yes my thralls sink into the ground also perhaps park at a bench even though not a bench thralls
