Thrall Stat Growth Chance over 100%?

Hypothetical situation, looking for clarification on Thrall leveling mechanics. I have a thrall. I want to focus on boosting their health pool, so I intend on giving him Grilled Steak to provide the ‘14%’ growth chance to Vitality. However, I notice that this thrall already has a ‘100%’ Growth Chance to Vitality.

What is the best way to proceed? Do I give him the Grilled Steak anyways because the extra 14% will still lead to the same additional Vitality as if he had only 86% growth on vit to start? Or do I pick a different food for sure because that 14% will go to waste completely? Or is it somewhere in between, where he’ll still get more Vit over all with the grilled steak, but not the full benefit compared to if he had a lower vit growth chance to start?

Just curious, if anyone knows and can clarify, I would be very appreciative

That thrall will always get the maximum vitality points he/she can with every level. You can use food to boots some other attribute like strength or agility for damage or grit for armour.

I don’t think there’s a food that boost Grit.

Yesterday I believe I gave some Pork Rinds to my Thrall and saw that + in two different attributes.
