Never forget, the Devs have to make this game for the type of players there are the most of/the ones of which the most will join and play. Otherwise they will always have low pop.
Which FYI is neither beginners nor pros. In other words they should be going for the in between of casuals and hardcore players, because the game will die otherwise.

As for what i think would be a great T3 vendor…personally i think the Khitai armors from R1 to Epic should be buyable as vanity for t3 relics

Not totally true. Players choose a game that suits them and they go as far as their abilities carry them. Today players have everything and more what they need, free T4 gear and without knowing how to play. Giving more means transforming the game into a YouTube video, at this point they can also introduce auto-quest and auto-combat as in an android mobile game.
Before the introduction of the RF I never remember a single discussion where there was talk of gear for free as all too often lately

I fully agree, also the T1-2-3 weapons vendor should sell all the weapons, now that the vanity of the weapons exists and not a small choice

Like i said, if they don’t go with the balanced players, game pop drops. They went with the total casuals, and the game dropped hard. I find it hard to believe that the balanced players would want such a thing. Unless, trolls of course.

Yes, good idea as well! Though tbh, most of those weapons, if purchasable, would probably cut off the grinding. I think, the only weapons purchasable, should be ones that can be gotten only 1 time AND/OR ones who are class locked. Anything that can be grinded should stay for grind.

why would this remove the grinding? It would be like the T4 where you can buy everything provided you have the relics. I give an example, if I want for my barbarian the conqueror 2h as vanity, I should farm T1 until I have 18 relic 1 instead of doing need in raid (with relative and justified whimpering of a legitimate conqueror) besides this would push anyone he wants those vanities to farm old content, even if better geared
