Unable to login for like a month

If you’re willing, there’s something we could try to do, to help diagnose this:

  1. Download and extract BUGLE.
  2. Run BUGLE and set the logging level to “Trace”.
  3. Close BUGLE.
  4. Open your Game.ini file in an editor.
  5. Look for a section called [FuncomLiveServices].
  6. If you find it, remove the whole section (i.e. that line and all the subsequent lines that start with CachedUsers=).
  7. Save the file.
  8. Make sure Steam is running and that it’s not in offline mode.
  9. Run BUGLE.
  10. Wait until the “FLS Account ID” field says anything other than <Fetching...>
  11. Take a look at what it says.

If it’s a bunch of digits and letters, then you’re able to log into FLS, but maybe there’s some other problem with your account.

On the other hand, if it starts with < and ends with >, then that should be a description of the error FLS sends when you’re trying to log in.

At any rate, after doing this, there should be a bugle.log file in the same directory as the bugle.exe, and it should contain the response FLS sent.
