Unable to unlock the DLC content {EDIT}

Basic Info:

Platform: Steam
Issue Type: Other
Game Mode: Single Player
Server Type: PvE
Map: Exiled Lands

Mods: Improved Thralls & QoL, Lower Monster HP Ver.3, Conan Magnum - Boss Damage/HP Reduction (1-2 Player Coop)

Bug Description:

Unable to unlock dlc content in the knowledge tab of lvl.30 and above

Bug Reproduction:

I played without mods and dlc’s up to lvl.15 then I activated the thrall mod. At lvl. 25 I activated 3 dlc’s and content below that lvl got auto added to my knowledge but I cannot learn any new dlc content. I do have 3 mods installed but I only have the thrall one active. I also keep battle eye disabled as I play single player. I tried playing without mod and with battle eye, I also tried verifying the files through steam and even reinstalling the game completely but nothing helped.

Have you tried completely removing the files for the mods as well?

After reinstalling, yes. Unfortunately, no dice.

Ok, if you go to Manage My XX DLC under your Conan Exiles page in your Library, uncheck them, load the game, log out fully, check them, then log back in, do they show? (with and without mods?)

And just to be clear, these are ALL DLC packs?
