UNBELIEVABLE! This patch 2.3 is dung!!! I was running in my base, I had climbed my external stairs and my follower (Tessa the Blade, at lvl 19, with minimum distance set!!!) wasn’t with me (I supposed that she was arriving soon). After a few minutes I received a message: “Tessa is died while following you”!! WHY??? There was no fight, no reason!!! Who f*ck pay me back for this idiotic bug now??? I lost my best thrall and there is the corpse nowhere!!! I lost even the armour and long sword!!!
It is never happened to me before this patch (and I’ve been playing with this game for years, also on p.c.). Anyway a serious team of support can easily verify the circumstances and gives back a thrall dead for bugs like that. Indecent!!!
Funcom don’t offer that kind of support. Stuff lost on official servers due to bugs etc is gone for good. Frustrating but that’s the way it is. It literally only takes an hour or two to fully level a thrall and farm enough stuff to replace basically whatever gear the thrall had.
Happened to 3 of mine all lvl 20 the same day until i found the cause was Lava can’t climb in the Well of Skelos area on our server or thralls just vanish and die in the lava RIP Tessa PVP server tho!
