Undocumented Change - Heart of a Hero now has a decay timer of only 10 minutes

Not sure when this changed, but the Heart of the Hero now has a decay timer of only 10 minutes. If you are trying to make Bindings of the Dead, you have to run out of Unnamed City get to your torturer table or bring it with you and craft it before the heart decays. My base was so far away that I had just seconds left to craft the Bindings of the Dead in time.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Kill one of the 8 named mini-Boss Fighter NPCs that drop Icon human heart.png Heart of a Hero
  2. Check the decay timer.

Lost a cupboard full. If we knew, we would have put them in a cooler.
