Does anyone have the specific stats on what the various upgrade kits and pairing blade ect do?
It seems there’s really only 2 options with tools, do the improve tool option or lower the weight.
Also, Armor only seems to have the increased durability.
But I am wondering what the best kits to use on my weapons would be. Right now I run a jav/shield combo and im thinking of only upgrading 1 javelin (my main melee one). Would the cost be worth it to upgrade my throwing javs too?

Armor platings are +1, +2 and +3 armor.
Reinforcement kits are +50, +100 and +150 durability.
Tool upgrade kits are +1, +2 and +3 to resources gathered.
Damage kits are +2, +4 and +6 damage.
Spiked attachment is +15% armor penetration.
Paring Blade/Armor Reduction = -40% weight
Flexibility kits reduce stamina costs for climbing, but I never calculated how much exactly.
Blunted weapon fittings increase concussive damage to help knock enemies out. I have no idea by how much. Use these on your truncheons.
I recommend damage kits for weapons until you can get the spikes for armor pen. I never use paring blades on anything.
For shields, only increase their durability (Durability is the only stat that matters on shields and you don’t want to lower that). You can increase durability of torches too, they prove +10 minutes, +20 minutes and +30 minutes, respectively. Use tool upgrades on every other tool except religious tools.
Use reinforcements on religious tools as you cannot gather more than 1 religious item per corpse, even with a tool upgrade.
For armor, I use weight reduction for the chest, helm and legs, improved durability on gloves and boots. I carry a full set of light gear with flexibility kits for climbing. (You can climb with 0 stamina cost with the right gear)
Keep in mind that upgrades reduce durability (excluding the durability upgrade, of course), higher tier upgrades lower durability by a larger percentage.
Someone please correct me if I’m wrong on any of these stats and I’ll correct them; I compiled this off the top of my head.
As for your final question, no. Throwing weapons are incredibly weak and useless at the moment. I would not upgrade them (or even have them, for that matter).

I swear I enhance my shield but can’t for the life of me remember how. Which kit if any do you use to enhance shields? Do you know?
Use a reinforcement kit on your shield. It’s from the blacksmith’s bench.
