Upgrading a Set Shrine

I was upgrading my Set Shrine and as soon as the upgrade finished a quick visual update was shown like it upgraded then it vanished and left all zeal and other items in a loot bag. The mats to upgrade were gone.

I went through the heartache of upgrading again in hope I could get it and everything disappeared again… Please fix soon.

This happened to several iof us on the same server. We found the “fix” to be placing the alter on a foundation instead of the ground. Hope this helps!
