Are you overencumbered? You can´t upgrade if you are…even if you have the perk…

My friends and I are seeing same problem on the sacrifice bench. You can put someone on the bench but you can’t sacrifice them if you’re over-encumbered, even if you have the perk active.
Yes. Stop being overencumbered, regardless of perk it stops it.
