On September 21st 2021 I updated a previous ticket (#15421 email thread) to inform you that our clan was hacked. The clan I believe that hacked us and built right on top of and around us and was called Blood_guard, they have now changed the clan to J H F, to mimic my clan JHF. Please help us get our stuff back, it’s been over 3 months. We checked the event log and nothing decayed. We went on to play and our doors were gone and everything we have worked for is gone. It is PvE US server 3533 and our clan is JHF.
