Need some sort of explanation, I can connect to servers in different regions with pings higher than 400+ but now cant connect to the servers in my own region? I barely speak a word in chat an I know as a clan we aint doing anything wrong, but everyone got a region ban wtf, they need to atleast provide a explanation or the same evidence which bought their decision to ban player.
Meshers an hackers dont get banned an have free rein on servers funcom do ■■■■■■ all, last night we raided a big clan legit as they must have been so salty they mass reported us an funcom being lazy an without evidence just banned the clan.@Hugo Can you check what evidence an reason some GM decided to take this action an PM me ill give you my details, as I know we have not cheated, pretty sure pvping does not bring a Ban. The only thing we have done is raid a big clan an hello now we are all banned what a joke.
The proper way to get this is to pm one of the dev team as they will just say please pm us to work this out and this thread will be closed

the Rules are clear in this case
If you want to appeal a ban , you will first have to have read these rules and make yourself aware of them. Once you have done that, get in touch with us in the way described above and provide the following details:
Platform
Name of the Server
If on PC, a link to your Steam profile.
Clan or clan names you used to play in.
Once provided those details please wait until we get back to you. When appealing a ban, you might be required to provide any explanations or information we might deem necessary in order to consider the appeal of the ban.
Duration of a ban In many situations, we will proceed with a temporary ban as a way to warn and deter against repeating infractions.
In cases of undermeshing, we will proceed with 7 or 14 day bans depending on the extent of the abuse.
In cases of server walling or locking access to large chunks of content in one or several servers, the duration of the ban will be of 1 month (4 weeks).
In cases of other forms of abuse and griefing, the bans will range from 3 day to 14 day bans depending on the extent and gravity of the situation to be judged at our discretion.
In cases of exploiting and abusing of in-game mechanics, the bans will range from a duration of 1 week to 1 month depending on the extent and gravity of the abuse.
Hacking and situations deemed as extreme will be met with a permanent ban.
Any repeated infractions will result in exponential durations of any bans previously applied. Any more infractions beyond that will result in permanent, non-appealable bans.
