Playing on official server 2200 and today we log in after downloading/installing new update and we are missing several vaults and chests…they have just poofed…checked logs wasnt related to pvp… now heared that several other players have similar issues…even total bases that vanished…
Pls advice how we can recover our stuff

Were the chests etc on top of sandstone triangle foundation pieces by any chance??
No our stuff was just on a maintain in vaults en chest and it just vanished so this is how funcom works they dont give a f about there paying customers
They clearly do care about their* customers. They communicate more with us on this forum than most game developers and are constantly working to improve the game. Keep up the good work Funcom!
Wel then where is there respons its bin 2 days now and notting so where is this help you say or are You just a co,worker of funcom 
there are multiple threads up off ppl and no respons nog any of them
The game is in the official end- or full version… normaly funcom don’t need to help us… but wat they do is lie a lot…
I dont need my stuff back they just need to look in to this issue i am done anyway buth for other ppl they need to fix this
More often than not companies try to reply as fast as they can. Plus use of improper grammar and spelling can cause confusion and misunderstanding on their part. I am no part a Funcom employee just a fan of the game and greatly enjoy the work they have done and will continue to do.
Welcome to post prerelease beta. This is the part where we watch a game that had potential. Circle the drain due to greed and stupidity. Blow me you funcom!
I think that guy is nuts. There is no misunderstanding when they sold us a broken game. If you think they didn’t know then i would like to change the word nuts to dumba…
And today i lost everyting again vaults are f up they vanish
