If you get the World Breaker hammer, try dropping that on your thrall for the arena champ fight. Like a hot knife through butter. Surprisingly though, not as good on the final boss.

I gave my thrall Annihilator and he takes out the champion pretty quick also. 100% armor penetration is awesome.

On our first playthrough we also found that path… We went to the endboss and then back, to get a rusty key to go the normal way, because we had no clue what we were doing
