This one would like to see a few things.
Some are obvious and ubiquitous, such that one might hope they go without saying, such as improved performance and stability.
Others are more particular.
Expansion of craftable weapons to include full Iron thru Starmetal tiers for all weapon types.
Most prominently Claws/Punch daggers are missing Star Metal and there are barely any paired swords or paired axes.
Expansion of and revision of the Dragonbone, Black Ice, Serpentmen and Obsidian sets.
Claws seem a really good fit for Dragon bone, and Serpentmen use Paired Swords all the time, the others are perhaps more just personal desire but still, a black ice short sword and great axe would be nice, as would an Obsidian Katana (or even just an import of the full Gray ones suite from Siptah).
Khari gear could also use expansion and a massive boost, as it is both rng gated and an annoyance to farm materials.
A rip and rebuild of the Religion system is a much more massive undertaking, but still something this one thinks the game would benefit from.
Likewise a revision of the thrall pot to give some sort of real home field advantage for the guards at home.
Wolf and Bear hide armours to be the light and heavy partners of Hyena fur armour.
Also, a more clear break between hand crafted and bench crafted armours.
Personally, this one feels the Hyena Hide as well as suggested Wolf and Bear hide sets should be hand crafted. Offering less armour value than bench made gear, but reasonable environmental protection. Also, some more barbaric looking and crafted things would be nice.
Coupled with the aforementioned, and this one is still chewing on suggestions for how to implement, but something to give the survival elements of the game more bite. Perhaps a more garment and less snack focused temperature system. More weather concerns in general. For this to matter, there would need to be a bit more even distribution of resources across the various biomes. So that someone might ever choose to live anywhere other than the mounds for slave raiding and easy access to Starmetal, or near Sepermeru for slaves and sulfur.
Building on this, it would be nice if every specific food had a reason to exist. Cooked meats are fine, but if it requires a stove or improved stove, it should have a somewhat specific reason for existing and not just be another recipe amongst dozens, otherwise we could just name them all feast and be done with it.
Thrall rebalance is another issue.
Beyound hopes for some sort of ai fix, this one would like to see the named thralls all be at least somewhat decent. Several purge thralls who are named Fighters still have hidden melee multipliers of less than 1.0
This is very sad.
But also, why bother with anything other than a Cimmerian Berzerker?
Every faction (except maybe Exiles) should have their own specific tier 4.

Claws of Jhebbal Sag
The Lemurians, Skelos Cultists, and Nordheimers (altho there seems to be a Berzerker for them in purges) are left out. That could be corrected.
Named thralls should be better than these anonymous tier 4s.
Beards on more NPCs, especially the Nordheimers.
This one would like to see the telekinetic IED meta of PvP die in a fire.
